My 20-year journey from conflict avoidance to confidence
Overcoming chronic conflict avoidance requires more than just memorized scripts and formulaic sentences. It requires:
the ability to hear your intuitive inner voice,
the confidence to act through that intuitive voice, and
the certainty that your voice always matters.
NeuroCoaching sessions with me provide you:
strategies and practices for nurturing inner peace,
opportunities to understand your 'story of conflict', and
guaranteed 'A-HA' moments on your path to overcoming obstacles and whatever mental or emotional blocks that have stopped you from showing others your most authentic self.
I believe that the self is quite literally boundless in its potential for spiritual, intellectual, and creative growth and prosperity.
For me, that means striving to learn more, listen with curiosity, celebrate successes, and savor those moments of breakthrough.
There's nothing easy about realizing our boundless potential. That's why all of us need support: when we decide to make those changes in ourselves to allow for growth, or when life forces us out of our comfort zones, with or without our permission, we need guidance...we need COACHES.
Even if you're ready to 'make that change' in whatever you're facing, a thriving coaching relationship requires trust, so please read on to see if I'm a good coaching fit for you....
Degrees and titles are nice, but here's what matters more....
I've always been super aware of the 'social atmosphere'... turns out I'm 'highly sensitive.'
What that means is, I pick up on emotions, word choice, and body language very quickly. I do not tolerate 'toxic' relationships .... I can help you take steps to remove them from your life too.
I will coach you not only on the words you say, but how you say those words in relation to who you're talking to.....and role play dialogue with you to prepare for difficult conversations.
I highly value sincerity in my relationships. I will do battle with cynicism.
I am a teacher, facilitator, trainer, and mediator.
I've lived and worked in 4 countries, grew up in a town of 200, and am raising an inter-cultural family with my 'third culture' wife, Mia.
Now the other stuff.... my degrees are in Conflict Resolution, Education, and Communications.
My coaching is guided by Mark Waldman's 'NeuroCoaching' protocol, narrative mediation, and positive psychology.
Due to my very tight schedule, I only do private coaching through direct request. If you'd like to schedule time with me, complete the contact form below, or write me at email@example.com.
